SmartBelt Calculator is an operations and presentation tool for martial arts schools. It turns each school’s program rules into consistent, family-ready upgrade options—without relying on fragile spreadsheets or staff members having to rebuild the math for every appointment.
School leaders can configure program names, pricing rules, discounts, promotional offers, and document templates. Staff can then calculate earned credit and remaining time, compare standard or custom payment options, save offer history, and create polished family documents that can be edited, printed, or downloaded as PDFs. Shared settings, history, and templates help the entire team work from the same information across devices—making every appointment faster, every offer more consistent, and every family presentation more professional.
Staff can save school-specific settings and templates, calculate program options, and generate formatted PDF documents for families. If a user chooses Save to Google Drive, SmartBelt requests limited Google Drive permission only to create the requested PDF and manage files created through SmartBelt. Connecting Google Drive is optional, and SmartBelt does not request access to browse or manage all files in a user's Drive.

Hi, I’m Braxton Hartmann. When I started as a Program Director, upgrade math made sense, but it felt vague, especially figuring out how much time a student had left. I wanted it to be easy peasy lemon squeezy, but it was difficult difficult lemon difficult.
